Regional Government authorizes property leasing for public services in Funchal and Porto Moniz

The Regional Government of Madeira has authorized the distribution of budgetary burdens for the execution of lease agreements intended for public service facilities, as detailed in the following ordinances:

• Porto Moniz Health Center: Contract with the Santa Casa da Misericórdia do Funchal, under Ordinance no. 143/2026. The property, located in Sítio da Vila, will have a monthly rent of €1,853.65, totaling €22,243.80 for a period of one year.
• Public Services (Rua João de Deus, Fraction E): Authorized by Ordinance no. 144/2026, the contract refers to autonomous fraction E, located at Rua João de Deus, no. 12-E, 12-F, 12-G and Travessa do Rego, no. 14, 16 and 18, Funchal, with a global value of €126,480.00.
• Public Services (Rua João de Deus, Fractions K and L): Authorized by Ordinance no. 145/2026, the contract covers fractions K and L in the same building, including 5 parking spaces, with a global value of €270,000.00.
