Regional Government supports cultural events in Serra de Agua and Faial
The Regional Government Council has authorized the signing of program contracts with two local institutions, aimed at co-financing the costs of organizing cultural and agricultural promotion events in 2026:
- Casa do Povo da Serra de Agua: Financial support of up to €10,000.00 for the 'Poncha and Honey Show', under Resolution no. 133/2026.
- Casa do Povo do Faial: Financial support of up to €17,500.00 for the organization of the 'Regional Annona Exhibition', under Resolution no. 134/2026.
These grants aim to promote rural traditions and local products, being fundamental for the sustainability of these initiatives that promote regional identity.
